Paper Submission:
Papers must substantial in content and has not published yet.
The deadline for all submissions is 10 July, 2008. Any subsequent submission shall not be considered.
Please limit each paper to 3,000 words and enclose an abstract limited to 300 words.
Papers and abstracts may be submitted in Chinese or English-hand-written or typed out. For the former, text has to be clearly and neatly written out. Please indicate your name, designation, organization and contact details (telephone, fax and email) on the paper and abstract.
All papers, abstracts as well as relevant PowerPoint presentations may be submitted via the following methods before the submission deadline.
All papers submitted are subject to the approval of the Academic Committee.
Approved papers will be published in the Congress proceedings and the official web.
The Academic Committee reserves the right to edit the papers submitted, including the text, diagrams and visuals.
